A quick update:)

Just a quick update. Abby Grace continues to amaze us. She had one chest tude removed yesterday. The other tube will be removed once her drainage decreases. She has been eating well and visited the playroom once again. She loves to play with the kitchen in the playroom and loves to stir the food. I wonder if she watched her nannies prepare food in the orphanage.

The doctors feel that we may be going home as early as Thursday or Friday. They just have to be sure that she is stable enough and that we feel comfortable handeling things. Besides the chest tube you'd never know she had open heart surgery just a few days ago.

Thanks you all so much for your prayers and offers of support. God is an awsome God and he is working miracles everyday in this sweet girls life.

We're so glad she is doing so well. Glad to hear one tube is out and 1 to go. I know she is one tough cookie and precious. I fell in love with her beautiful smile, eyes and gentle spirit. Everyone keeps asking me how she's doing. Hope you guys are able to get some rest also. Let us know if we can do anything. God is an awesome God! I'm grinning from ear to ear! Give our love to everyone and give Abby Grace a kiss from all 3 of us. We continue to lift you upward.
In His Grip,
Lisa, Kevin and Andrew

Jenn,
Thanks for keeping us updated - wow, what a homecoming! We often wonder why these little ones have to go through so much, but I feel that God is SO in the details. After arriving home our daughter required two painful surgeries, but God showered us with so many blessings. Us being there for our daughter after the surgeries multiplied the entire bonding experience tenfold. Our church family took part in our experience through prayer, meals, etc. Two families have now decided and are in the process of adopting! And, best of all, our daughter's precious body is no longer broken! We will continue to check your website and pray for your daughter's recovery and for your family's strength.
Blessings,
Michele B.

So thrilled you guys are doing so very well! It is sad that these little ones have to go through a lot,(as your other friend wrote) but maybe that's why they do so well...they are used to having to be tough, strong and very brave.
God Bless You!
Love, Angie H
